Fitness Sales Closer (Remote)
Posted about 1 month ago
Do you love helping women change their lives and improve the quality of their life? Do you have the ability to influence others to reach their goals? If so, you could be the program advisor for Redefining Strength.
The program advisor plays a fundamental role in achieving and actualizing the mission of Redefining Strength: helping people live their strongest, healthiest lives at any age.
You will do this by speaking with qualified inbound applicants over the phone for the Redefining Strength Coaching Program. You must practice high levels of leadership, integrity, and stay in alignment with Redefining Strength's core values of ownership, synergy, drive, and passion during all conversations.
This is not a cold-calling position. You will be speaking with pre-qualified applicants who have applied to our coaching program or those our appointment setters have scheduled onto your calendar. The role of this position is to guide and educate the prospects on the Coaching Program and sign them up. We have a proven sales process and provide you with ongoing sales training from an in-house sales consultant.
You must be comfortable and confident in selling over the phone and, most importantly, helping women change their lives. This is about more than just weight loss; it's about making an impact.
About Redefining Strength:
Redefining Strength is a fitness company that helps women stop chasing quick fixes and start building strength, confidence, and consistency that actually lasts. We specialize in working with women who have tried everything...diets, workouts, programs that worked for a while and then stopped. Our approach isn’t about perfection or extremes. It’s about building adaptable systems that fit real lives, changing bodies, and long-term goals.
We’ve had over 10,000 women go through our 1:1 coaching program and over 50,000 women use our self guided programs. We've been recognized twice on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies. What matters most to us, though, isn’t press or accolades it’s impact. The women who book calls with us are often at a turning point. They’re frustrated, stuck, and tired of starting over. Your role as a Program Advisor is to help them slow down, get honest, and decide whether they’re ready to commit to doing things differently and doing them right.

Redefining Strength is an education-driven fitness and nutrition company focused on helping women build strength that supports real life — not extremes, quick fixes, or burnout. Founded by coach, author, and educator Cori Lefkowith, Redefining Strength is known for its no-nonsense, evidence-based approach to training, nutrition, and behavior change. The company challenges outdated beliefs around aging, intensity, and “all-or-nothing” health thinking, replacing them with sustainable systems that evolve with real people and real lives. At the core of Redefining Strength is The STRONG System — a practical framework designed to help individuals build habits, resilience, and physical capability over time. Rather than chasing perfection, the focus is on consistency, skill development, and long-term progress. Through programs, education, and thought leadership, Redefining Strength supports women at every stage of life in reclaiming agency over their health, strength, and confidence — meeting themselves where they are and building forward from there.
