The Mission
We are looking for a high-velocity engineer to own the frontline. This isn’t a "ticket-taker" role. You are the critical buffer between our core infrastructure and the real world. Your mission is to protect our Foundation team’s focus by intercepting, diagnosing, and fixing complex issues in the "trenches." You will be the direct successor to our current operational workflow, tasked with clearing the legacy backlog and ensuring our local clients in Colombia receive world-class technical responses in real-time.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
When a client reports an issue, you don’t just route it. You dive into the code, replicate the environment, and find the root cause. You will write and deploy production-ready fixes for bugs and legacy issues before they ever reach the Foundation team. You will systematically audit and clear our existing ticket backlog, refactoring unstable segments of code to prevent recurring issues. You will represent Minka in on-site technical meetings with Colombia-based clients, providing immediate technical feedback and confidence. You act as the shield for our lead architects, ensuring they only see problems that require fundamental architectural changes.
Requirements
Who You Are (Requirements)
You are based in Bogota and thrive in an on-site, high-collaboration environment and are fluent in Spanish (for client-facing intensity) and English (for internal technical documentation).
You have 5+ years of experience. You are comfortable jumping into unfamiliar codebases and "un-breaking" things and have proficiency in NodeJs and the public cloud and a deep understanding of APIs and Ledger systems. You find deep satisfaction in solving puzzles, fixing what’s broken, and bringing order to chaos.
