We are seeking a skilled Duck Creek Policy Developer with strong expertise in Policy configuration, Express frameworks, and insurance domain implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across Duck Creek technologies, integrations, and agile delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Duck Creek Policy 7.x.
- Configure and customize solutions using Duck Creek Express (2.0 / 3.0).
- Work extensively with Duck Creek Author/Design for product configuration and enhancements.
- Analyze and troubleshoot production defects, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
- Utilize Trace Monitor and debugging tools for issue identification and performance tuning.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Duck Creek and external systems.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
- Perform data fixes using Duck Creek SHRED, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Own user stories end-to-end including:
- Effort estimation
- Development & testing
- Tracking estimate vs. actuals
- Communicating risks, blockers, and dependencies

Proficiency in:
