We're seeking a Technical Channels Specialist who will support the daily management of Tiktok Shops and other ad hoc tasks to support campaign performance. The ideal candidate has Tiktok experience and has the ability to work and perform in a fun, agile and fast paced business environment.

### How you will achieve success: 

Manage creator sampling operations by tracking COGS and shipping costs for free and refundable creator samples.

Oversee creator community management, including onboarding top GMV creators into chat groups, sending live sale discount communications, managing creator inboxes, and maintaining creator relationships.

Drive creator engagement and communication through sampling announcements, answering creator inquiries, and supporting front-end TikTok engagement with partner creator content.

Maintain weekly reporting and tracking, including KPI trackers for data points without API integrations or automation.

Support growth initiatives by adding new products to the trending search tool and creating/tracking weekly customer outreach campaigns.

### What experiences will help you  in this role: 

Required:

Customer Service, Project Management, Account Management, Agency, or similar experience with proven track record of good decision making.

Excellent communication, English language, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Comfortable with organizing data and operating within marketplace portals.

Ability to learn new programs/software and willingness to build new skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Preferred:

2-3 years in relevant industry

Experience with TikTok Shops as a seller or creator

Experience with listing creation, upload, and troubleshooting

This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup

Desktop/Laptop system requirements:

- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;

- at least 4GB RAM;

- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system

- You are required to provide your own dual monitors

A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)

PC Headset

A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
