What You’ll Do

Lead daily clinical operations and support overall clinic performance
Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services
Mentor, coach, and support clinical staff and team development
Foster a positive, accountable, and patient-focused clinic culture
Collaborate with ownership and leadership on strategic growth initiatives
Ensure timely documentation, compliance, and quality standards
Build strong patient relationships and contribute to community reputation

What We’re Looking For

Licensed Physical Therapist in Tennessee
Previous outpatient orthopedic experience required
Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience
Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
High level of professionalism, accountability, and initiative
Passion for team development and clinic growth
Desire to advance within a leadership-focused organization
