Facility Maintenance (handyman) PT

What You'll Do:

Are you a jack of all trades? Are you incredibly detail oriented? Do you like working on your own? Do people always ask you for your help bc they know it will be done right the first time? THE WE NEED YOU to help keep our building running and looking great at all times! This would be an early AM PT position.

How You'll Do It (Key Responsibilities):

• Demonstrate Blackstone’s Core Values: Guest-Centric; Knowledge without Condescension; Passionate & Enthusiastic; Win/Win; and Ambitious
• Perform preventive building maintenance and repairs
• Keep all Lanes operational at all times
• Keep the bay walls and floors patched weekly and painted monthly
• Keep all lights working 100% of the time
• Daily Cleaning tasks
• Follow all OSHA guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift 70 lbs., freely access all areas of the store, and stand for long periods of time.
