Business Operations Engineering Support

Overview

We are evaluating an outtasking opportunity for Business Operations Engineering support to strengthen operational delivery, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination within an international environment.

The role is designed as a flexible outsourced engagement with an estimated workload of approximately 80% of one full-time equivalent (1 FTE). The objective is to provide scalable operational engineering support while maintaining efficiency, responsiveness, and high execution quality.

Scope of Support

The Business Operations Engineering resource would support activities such as:

• Operational process coordination and optimization
• Engineering-related business support activities
• KPI tracking and reporting
• Workflow and documentation management
• Cross-functional stakeholder coordination
• Support of continuous improvement initiatives
• Assistance with project execution and operational governance
• Administrative and technical operational support
• Data consolidation and operational analytics
• Support for systems/process integration activities
