Job Summary

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Visual Designer to lead the creation of stunning graphics for both long and short form audiovisual promotional content. In this high-impact role, you’ll deliver cutting-edge designs for key stakeholders inside and outside our organization. Take charge of our graphics packaging and raise the bar for everything our marketing team produces by driving creative excellence and overseeing the graphic design workflow.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with top-tier creative professionals to develop standout client promotional content.

• Transform marketing and programming strategies into compelling, visually engaging graphics that get noticed.

• Get hands-on—design graphic elements that dazzle, ensuring all work aligns with client brand and style guides.

• Develop packaging that showcases the highest standards of our clients’ brands.

• Partner with post-production teams to integrate and composite stunning graphics for seamless final outputs.

• Set clear, realistic timelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Balance priorities and manage timelines to drive projects from concept to flawless execution.

• Help define, improve, and enforce efficient workflows, working closely with producers and clients.

• Uphold and elevate design standards across the department.

• Mentor and inspire mid- and junior-level designers, sharing your expertise and vision.

• Think outside the box to deliver fresh visual approaches for everything from big-picture concepts to detail-oriented design features.

• Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing new ideas to streamline and enhance our creative process.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong mastery of design fundamentals—top-notch typography, brilliant color theory, and inspired composition.

• Talent for distilling complex ideas into clear, powerful visual narratives.

• Deep expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and a comprehensive understanding of the art production and editing process.

• Flexibility to adapt quickly to feedback and changing priorities while staying motivated and focused.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 6 years of hands-on design experience with AV, digital, and print assets.

• Collaborative nature, thriving in cross-departmental projects and team settings.

• Demonstrated excellence in creative judgment and the art production process.

• Mastery in Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, and Figma.

• Exceptional communication—able to clarify complex issues, connect the dots, and make creative ideas easy to understand.

• High energy, intellectual curiosity, and strong judgment when navigating ambiguity.
