We are seeking a reliable and organized Summer File Clerk to assist our team at a senior living community-Berlin during the summer season. This is a great opportunity for students or individuals looking to gain professional office experience in senior care environment.Students are encouraged to apply; working papers required if applicable
### Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain resident and office files
  • Scan, copy, and upload documents
  • Assist with data entry and clerical tasks
  • Answer phones and provide administrative support as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident and company information
  • Support office staff with day-to-day administrative duties
  • ### Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
  • Professional, dependable, and compassionate demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • temp position until complete  
  • ### Shift:
  • Monday-Friday Minimum 5 hours daily per shift.
