We are actively recruiting for a talented Administrator to join our team of energetic, compassionate professionals who will primarily be focused on the organization and collection of Compliance and Nurse Licensure data. We are seeking a team member who is organized, passionate about getting things done, and can track down information from a large group of nurses to keep their licensure up to date. Ultimately, we are looking for a highly driven individual with the ability to keep large amounts of information organized and up to date.

Bottom line – we want to ensure our providers’ patients are able to receive the care they need any time, any place. IntellaTriage acts as a triple threat after-hours by ensuring all stakeholders benefit. We provide our customer’s patients with the comforting and medically appropriate guidance they need during the most trying times. We help our customer’s nurses reduce their workload and improve overall job satisfaction by reducing burnout. We improve our customer’s bottom-line by reducing overall cost to deliver after-hours care.

What you’ll do:

The primary function of this position is to obtain and track client credentialing information for each active nurse. The EMR implementation specialist will oversee the day-to-day support of nurses requesting new access and nurses who have expired or locked account issues. This specialist will also keep record of each EMR Request, client contact and client EMR request instructions updated. This role requires someone who is highly organized, task oriented, and unafraid to take the initiative to relentlessly follow-up with customers and nurses.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Function as the primary point of contact for all issues and requests relating to EMR
  • House, track, and accurately maintain all EMR submissions from our nursing to our customers
  • Keep all rosters and tracking files up to date with 100% accuracy
  • Coordinate all communication between customer and our staff as it pertains EMR access
  • Coordinate any special training required for nurses to gain EMR access
  • Track and send out nurse offboards to clients on a regular cadence as determined by each customer
  • Ensure all onboarding and offboarding paperwork is completed for each nurse's EMR credentialing
  • Ensure all nurses on the team have the appropriate credentials for each and every shift
  • Follow up with clients regularly regarding pending login credentials
  • Maintain client EMR access paperwork
  • Assist nurses as needed filling out and signing paperwork required to gain EMR access
  • Track internal training as nurses need access to new customer EMRs
  • Send out initial EMR requests for nurses as they are hired

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience in data collection and organizational tasks.
  • Experience with Excel to help track and monitor information.
  • Experience in relationship building and high emotional intelligence.
  • Willing to re-locate to Nashville or based out of Nashville currently.
