BIM/CAD Specialist - Transportation

Procon now seeks a skilled BIM/CAD Specialist - Transportation to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM and CAD models specifically for transportation infrastructure projects ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate design changes and updates into BIM models.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM workflows to support clash detection, constructability reviews, and project coordination meetings.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, drawings, and models in accordance with company and client standards.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM/CAD best practices and software applications.
• Participate actively in design review sessions and contribute to problem-solving for complex transportation design challenges.
• Ensure timely delivery of BIM/CAD deliverables to meet project milestones and client expectations.
• Assist in developing and implementing BIM standards and protocols for transportation projects.

Requirements

• Two-year associate's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field required. Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with BIM and CAD technologies in transportation or civil infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM/CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of transportation infrastructure design, including roads, bridges, and related structures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and organize complex BIM models and project documentation.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality assurance and accuracy in deliverables.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced consulting environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
