We are looking for a Senior developer proficient in React Native to be part of a mobile app development project. You will be working with a team of talented developers, designers and product/project managers. You will have the opportunity to leverage AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Builder.io while you work in a highly collaborative Agile team. You will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle while solving challenging technical problems for our clients.

### Information Security Responsibilities

Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols

Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets

Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

### Role and Responsibilities:

Create effectively tested, re-usable, and efficient TypeScript/React Native code
Develop mission critical user experiences
Work collaboratively with a team in an Agile environment
Be a critical team member from the ideation, alignment and discover phases of the project all the way to release and support of the mobile application.
Support continuous improvement by staying up to date on front-end technology

### Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a 2- or 4-year degree in CS/Engineering, be a bootcamp grad, or be self-taught with practical experience
5+ years of professional programming experience
Hands-on React Native development experience
Experience writing unit tests with React Testing Library or equivalent tools
Experience developing to inclusive design best practices, up to and beyond meeting WCAG standards
Familiarity with Git
Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum preferred) as part of a cross-functional team
Strong communication skills
Experience with AI development
