Essential Anesthesia Management is offering an outstanding opportunity for a service-oriented CRNA to join our collaborative team at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville, Arkansas. This role offers excellent compensation, generous time off, and the chance to work in a supportive care team model alongside experienced clinicians.

Position Highlights:

$326,000 (1099)
10 weeks off annually
Backup call only (1:8 rotation), with MDs covering primary call
Case types include: Ortho, OB/GYN, General, Urology, Cath, Neuro, GI, Vascular, Ophthalmology, ENT, and Bariatric
Daily staffing: 1 MD and 6 CRNAs (supports 4 ORs plus dedicated C-section room)
Moderate to high case volume, offering diverse and engaging clinical practice
Collaborative Anesthesia Care Team model with strong collegial culture
Additional earning potential – out of grid compensation
