Assembly Engineer - Contract

DISHER is seeking an experienced Design Engineer for our customer in Portage, MI. They are a global leader in medical technologies and are driven to make healthcare better.

### What you will get to do:

Work with customer project team and suppliers, designing a patient restraint system.

Exceptional use of Creo

Design the medical device but also do documentation and development of requirements for the system (engineering drawings, specifications, etc.)

Mentor others on the team

This is a 3 month contract with potential for extension.

Designing and manufacturing textiles

Designing and manufacturing mechanisms

Mechanical design engineering - design, build, test, system integration

Mechanical joining, fastening, assembly
