Job Summary:

As a Store Clerk, you will issue and sell materials to authorized customers.  You will maintain an up-to-date understanding of all products offered, help maintain inventory and a stocked storefront.

Key Deliverables and Responsibility:

• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to customer questions and inquiries, processing orders.

• Perform receiving functions and assist delivery drivers as needed with loading and unloading product.
• Stock shelves and place material in the appropriate bins. Ensure stores are well organized and kept orderly.
• Monitor and record store inventory and reports agency personnel monthly.
• Ensures all appropriate documentation is completed and maintained.
• Adheres to the company’s quality standards. Inspects items for quality assurance issues and escalates through the corrective action process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 years’ experience in an entry-level role; warehouse facility and merchandising helpful. May include military personnel who have been formerly trained or have relevant experience in lieu of civilian experience. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Must be able to engage in and exchange communication with others in all situations.
• Highly meticulous and organized to execute multiple tasks at once with different requirements, adhering to deadlines.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to partner with customers while maintaining positive, empathetic, and professional to efficiently provide direction or available solutions.
• Intermediate PC proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Must be able to pass a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprint check and National Agency with Written Inquires (NCAI) check.
• Possess mobility to perform physical work including lift, carry, push and pull materials up to 50 lbs.  Ability to maneuver large, cumbersome equipment. May be working with potential biohazards.  Required to wear personal protective equipment
• Ability to obtain forklift certification (current certification helpful)
