NUXE, a leading premium French pharmacy skincare brand is seeking an experienced Area Manager to cover a maternity leave. The Area Manager will act as a key brand ambassador and be responsible for driving sustainable sell-in and sell-out growth across the Irish pharmacy channel. This is a field-based role based West of Ireland with ideal location in the Limerick area.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver annual net sales, sell-out and distribution targets across independent pharmacies and pharmacy chains
• Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and opening new doors in line with brand strategy
• Build strong, long-term relationships with pharmacists, owners and store teams through regular face-to-face visits
• Negotiate commercial agreements, promotions and activation plans in line with company guidelines
• Maximise brand presence through shelf space optimisation, secondary siting and visibility opportunities
• Implement marketing plans including launches, promotions, testers, samples and in-store merchandising
• Deliver engaging and effective product and brand training to pharmacy teams
• Organise and host in-store events, animations and consumer engagement activities
• Monitor competitor activity, category trends and market performance and provide feedback to the business
• Accurately forecast sales and manage reporting, KPIs and administration via CRM systems where appliciable
• Attend sales meetings, cycle meetings and national events organised by the UK & Ireland team

Candidate Profile
•Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a field sales or Area Manager role, ideally within premium beauty or FMCG
• Strong knowledge of the Irish pharmacy landscape
• Proven track record of delivering sales targets and influencing in-store execution
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident trainer with the ability to engage and motivate store teams
• Strong planning, organisation and time management skills
• Commercial mindset with the ability to analyse data and turn insight into action
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
• Competent IT skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems
