Salary: $25.00 to $30.00
Overview:
LBAPS is seeking a highly organized, professional, and personable Intake Coordinator to support client onboarding, scheduling, family communication, and day-to-day administrative operations in a fast-paced ABA environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while ensuring families receive a smooth and welcoming experience throughout the intake process.
Responsibilities:
Client Intake & Coordination:
- Answer incoming calls and assist families through the intake process
- Schedule evaluations, consultations, and intake appointments
- Guide parents through onboarding and required documentation
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on pending items
- Coordinate communication between families, providers, and internal teams
Client Relations:
- Provide professional and compassionate support to families
- Respond to questions and concerns in a timely manner
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and staff
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for families throughout the onboarding process
Administrative Support:
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks
- Help ensure compliance with company procedures and requirements
- Support internal coordination and daily operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Professional phone and email communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience in customer service, intake coordination, administration, or healthcare preferred
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic computer systems preferred
