Attentive Care is hiring for our Personal Care Aide Team.

We currently have IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for:

  • Day shifts
  • Evening shifts
  • Weekend shifts

Pay & Incentives

NEW PAY RATES starting at $18.65/hour
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Aides who transport clients may receive:

  • An additional $2/hour to cover vehicle use driving responsibilities (where applicable)
  • Mileage reimbursement (where applicable)

What Our Caregivers Do

Our Personal Care Aides (PCA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) provide support with daily living activities such as:

  • Meal preparation
  • Light housekeeping
  • Errands
  • Personal hygiene assistance
  • Companionship

  • Bilingual / Spanish-speaking applicants are a plus
  • PCA or HHA Certificate in New York State
  • Worked under certification within the past 2 years
