Product Enablement & Readiness
- Design and deliver scalable product enablement programs across Sales, TAM, Customer Success, Support, and other customer-facing organizations.
- Build learning experiences that strengthen product knowledge, understanding of customer use cases, competitive positioning, and business value.
- Help employees confidently communicate complex product capabilities in a clear, customer-oriented manner.
- Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, and GTM teams to stay aligned on product updates, launches, roadmap priorities, and messaging.
- Lead practical simulations and role-plays for customer meetings, demos, escalations, QBRs, executive conversations, and conference presentations.
- Coach teams on how to structure product conversations, adapt messaging to different audiences, and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Prepare speakers and presenters for strategic customer-facing engagements and high-visibility product presentations.
- Improve consistency and quality of product-related communication across global teams.
- Create scalable enablement assets including playbooks, talk tracks, training materials, messaging frameworks, and workshop content.
- Identify product knowledge and communication gaps across organizations and develop targeted enablement initiatives to address them.
- Collaborate with internal enablement, documentation, and product education teams to align training experiences with company standards and customer expectations.
- Support the development of a strong enablement culture focused on product excellence and customer impact.
- Strong ability to understand complex technical products and translate them into clear, impactful customer messaging.
- Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to run interactive workshops, simulations, and practical learning experiences.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in global business environments.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and highly execution-oriented mindset.
