This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok to drive customer acquisition and support LGI Homes, Terrata Homes, and Active Adult communities.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages campaign performance against CPL and conversion goals, and collaborates closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-impact omnichannel marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Manage performance across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Drive cost-per-lead (CPL) and onsite conversion rate targets
  • Coordinate with vendors, track budgets, and manage invoicing
  • Collaborate with creative and digital teams on ads, landing pages, and content
  • Analyze results and present campaign performance insights
  • Test and implement new strategies to improve campaign efficiency and growth

This role plays a key part in shaping LGI Homes’ digital acquisition strategy through innovative and performance-focused social advertising.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or social media advertising
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data and KPIs
  • Familiarity with paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) is a plus
  • Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
  • On-camera presence and comfort supporting video/content creation is a plus
