In this role, you’ll learn the ins and outs of our supply chain while helping us manage the essential materials that power our production line. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and play a vital part in delivering state-of-the-art technology to the DoD

What You’ll Do

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory items. Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

● Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations. Communicate inventory-related issues and recommendations to management

What You Bring To Us

● Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

● Knowledge of defense industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

● Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary

● Work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude

● Self‐motivated, proactive and an effective team player

● Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others

We Are Looking For Someone Who

● You are proactive and resourceful, you don’t wait for permission to solve problems.

● You are detail-oriented, but can zoom out and think strategically about systems and scalability.

● You have a hospitality mindset, you anticipate others’ needs and take pride in creating a welcoming and effective workspace.

● You thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, and you’re energized by building things from scratch.

● You’re excited to support a team of engineers and remove obstacles so they can focus on building.

What We Offer

● Competitive salary

● ACS Equity Package

● Health, Dental, Vision Insurance

● Paid Time Off
