The Role

At Black Semiconductor, we are building the foundation of next-generation chip manufacturing with Fab One, our first production facility.

To support the Fab Director in leading this highly dynamic environment, we are looking for an Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator who combines strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to manage priorities, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure smooth execution of daily operations in a fast-paced and innovative setting.

• Manage the Fab Director’s priorities, calendar, and daily operational planning

• Coordinate and track cross-functional projects, ensuring execution of leadership decisions

• Serve as the central coordination point for the Fab Director, aligning internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners

• Build and maintain strong, trusted stakeholder relationships while ensuring clear communication and strict confidentiality

• Establish structure and cadence for cross-functional execution to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely delivery of strategic initiatives

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams

• High level of discretion, professionalism, and a proactive, solution-oriented, detail-focused mindset

• Strong proficiency with productivity tools; fluent English required, German is a plus; prior experience in Executive Assistant, Project Coordination, or Operations roles is an advantage
