Requirements:

Experience: 1–3 years of dedicated experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Commerce, or Digital Public Relations, specifically within the fashion apparel, footwear, or e-commerce industries

Affiliate & Tech Savvy: Proven familiarity with running campaigns via creator marketplaces like TRYBE and managing partnerships within the TikTok Affiliate / TikTok Shop ecosystem, META Strategies and "WHITE LISTING"

E-Commerce Alignment: Strong understanding of how influencer marketing integrates with DTC platforms

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication. You know how to craft a compelling, personalized pitch email or social DM that catches a creator’s or agent's attention

Organizational Skills: Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage high volumes of inventory, creator communication, and campaign tracking across multiple distinct brands simultaneously
