The Role
This is a highly relationship-driven role where you’ll work closely with a select group of high-value traders, helping them succeed while driving growth and retention.
As our Premium Client Manager - Australian Chinese, your key responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with premium clients, supporting their trading journey
- Engage clients through regular communication and market conversations
- Provide insights on market trends, trading strategies and risk management
- Deliver tailored solutions to help clients overcome individual trading challenges
- Drive client growth, retention and trading activity, working to sales targets
- Collaborate across teams including marketing, operations and risk to deliver a seamless client experience
- Represent Pepperstone at premium client events and face-to-face meetings, building meaningful connections
About You
- You’re a commercially minded relationship builder who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working closely with clients.
- Experience in a client-facing or account management role, ideally within a phone-based or sales environment
- Exposure to working with high-value or high-net-worth clients
- A strong understanding of financial markets, trading and investment products
- RG146 Financial Services General Advice qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication, relationship building and influencing skills
- A proactive, client-first mindset and strong commercial awareness
