Data Analyst III
itD is seeking a Data Analyst III to support large-scale data infrastructure and analytics initiatives that drive business performance insights and data-driven decision-making. This role will play a critical part in building scalable data pipelines, maintaining reporting infrastructure, and enabling marketing and analytics teams with accurate, actionable data. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in SQL, ETL development, and large-scale data processing, along with a proven track record of building and optimizing data infrastructure in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with growth marketers, program managers, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather reporting and data infrastructure requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards, reporting solutions, and scalable analytics infrastructure to support data-driven business decisions.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain large-scale ETL pipelines for campaign reporting, analytics, and operational data processing.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve, analyze, and validate high-volume datasets across multiple database environments.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data integrity and reporting accuracy issues across dashboards, pipelines, and analytics systems.
- Partner closely with analytics teams and stakeholders to improve reporting efficiency, data accessibility, and infrastructure scalability.
- Support large-scale data processing initiatives involving millions of rows of data while ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
Internal Responsibilities
- Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
- Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
- Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
- Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
- Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
- Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field.
- 5+ years of experience writing advanced SQL queries and working with relational databases such as Oracle, Hive, Vertica, MySQL, or similar platforms.
- Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale ETL pipelines and data processing systems.
- Experience working with distributed data extraction, ingestion, and processing systems handling high-volume datasets.
- Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and automation.
- Strong experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead best practices for data infrastructure projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Experience working within large-scale or big tech environments.
- Background combining both data engineering and data analytics responsibilities.
- Experience supporting marketing analytics or growth-focused business teams.
- Strong understanding of scalable reporting infrastructure and executive-level analytics reporting.
- Proven experience processing and analyzing datasets containing millions of rows.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field or equivalent work experience required.
