Description

We're looking for CDP to join our kitchen team, creating exceptional dishes and delivering an all-encapsulating experience to our guests.

As a Chef de Partie you will be working alongside the Head Chef and will be involved in creating new menus for our destination restaurant & Bar.

·         Salary: £ 29,793 per annum.

·         Working hours: 40 hrs weekly

Chef de partie will have:

·         Prior experience as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced quality, restaurant or Hotel.

·         Knowledge of Health & Safety, Food & Hygiene

·         A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail

·         Passion for food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn

·         The ability to work well within a team

·         The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
