About Blockit

Blockit is a Sequoia-backed AI time agent. It learns your preferences and can autonomously coordinate meetings to any degree of complexity — timezones, group scheduling, IRL, and more — similar to an executive assistant, but one that never goes to sleep and responds instantly. It is the foundation of a massive platform of AI agents that will have access to the world’s time. The more people who link their calendars to Blockit, the more powerful our network becomes.

The Role

Blockit is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to own the early prospect and customer experience. This entry-level role plays a critical part in the prospect and customer journey, and can grow into many different areas within Sales, Post Sales, and beyond.

You’ll be the first person new customers interact with after signing up — getting them set up, unlocking the product quickly, and making sure they’re seeing real value. You’ll also support pilots and GTM efforts, helping close customers by showing them what Blockit can do firsthand. You’ll work directly with founders, feed insights back to engineering and product, and help shape the onboarding playbook as we scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Run onboarding calls with new customers and guide them through setup and core workflows

  • Support pilots and early GTM efforts, helping prospects experience the product value firsthand

  • Build a deep understanding of the Blockit product so you can troubleshoot, advise, and educate confidently

  • Create onboarding materials, guides, and templates that scale the customer experience

  • Identify and flag product gaps, bugs, and customer insights back to the engineering and product teams

  • Be a genuine advocate for customers internally — their wins are your wins

Who You Are

  • A coachable team player who is hungry to learn and grow

  • A strong communicator — clear, warm, and able to explain technical concepts without making people feel dumb

  • Excited about AI and how it’s changing the way people work

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented — you follow through and nothing falls through the cracks

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and the speed of early-stage startup life

  • 6 months+ of tech sales or customer-facing experience, or 1+ years of any professional working experience preferred (internships count!)

Bonus Points

  • You use AI tools in your own workflow and are curious about where the space is going

  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, or Google Workspace

  • Interest in scheduling, productivity, or EA and ops workflows

Why Blockit

  • Real ownership and real impact from day one

  • Work directly with founders at a Sequoia-backed company

  • Clear path to grow into Sales, CS, or beyond

  • The work is meaningful — you’re helping people get time back

  • Competitive compensation for an early-stage role
