Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support accounting activities across all companies within the group. This role will be responsible for supporting key accounting functions including account reconciliations, month-end close processes, financial statement preparation, and assisting in the improvement and standardization of accounting processes.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and communicating effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform account reconciliations across multiple entities
• Support month-end close processes
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements
• Support the improvement and standardization of accounting processes
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Support audit and reporting requests as needed

Requirements

• 3–4 years of accounting experience
• At least 1 year of experience in account reconciliations and/or auditing
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive, hands-on attitude

Nice to Have

• Experience at large accounting or advisory firms (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG)
• Experience in audit, consulting, or accounting roles in structured environments
