Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator

Working Hours: 9:00 AM -5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time, Monday - Friday
Salary rate : $6-$7 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle inbound and outbound patient phone calls
- Schedule appointments for general ophthalmology and cosmetic/aesthetic services
- Follow up with leads and existing patients to encourage consultations and secure bookings
- Answer billing inquiries and assist patients with general questions
- Clearly explain aesthetic procedures, treatment plans, pricing, and promotional offers
- Build trust with patients by addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate patient records and appointment details
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive patient experience
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience handling inbound and outbound phone calls preferably in a healthcare setting
- Sales, appointment setting, or patient conversion experience preferred
- Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls and nurturing patient relationships
- Personable, persuasive, organized, and patient-focused
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in aesthetics, cosmetics, ophthalmology, medical spa, or healthcare industry is a plus
Basic requirements
- Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
- Must have relevant work experience
- Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
- Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)
Technical requirements
- Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
- Internet: High-speed connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
- Audio: Noise-canceling headset.
- Video: Webcam for virtual meetings.
