A prestigious multispecialty hospital and aesthetic surgery center in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is expanding its Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant / Specialist Plastic Surgeon to join its elite surgical team. This role is tailored for surgeons experienced in both cosmetic (aesthetic) and reconstructive procedures, supported by advanced surgical technologies, modern operating theatres, and a high-demand international patient base.

The center offers a comprehensive aesthetic and reconstructive platform, including facial aesthetics, body contouring, post-trauma reconstruction, and post-oncologic reconstruction, providing an ideal environment for surgeons to deliver precision-driven, patient-centered outcomes.

Role Overview

• Position: Consultant / Specialist Plastic Surgeon
• Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• Healthcare Setting: Multispecialty hospital / premium aesthetic and surgical center
• Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years post specialist or board certification
• Practice Model: Outpatient consultations, elective aesthetic procedures, and reconstructive surgeries

The successful candidate will be responsible for the evaluation, surgical planning, and execution of aesthetic and reconstructive procedures, ensuring optimal functional and cosmetic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities – Plastic Surgery

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic (cosmetic) procedures, including rhinoplasty, facelift, liposuction, abdominoplasty, and breast surgeries
• Conduct reconstructive surgeries for trauma, congenital defects, and post-oncologic conditions
• Evaluate patients and develop personalised surgical treatment plans based on clinical assessment and aesthetic goals
• Utilise advanced surgical techniques, including minimally invasive and laser-assisted procedures where appropriate
• Provide pre-operative consultations and post-operative care, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction
• Manage complications and revision surgeries when required
• Collaborate with dermatologists, oncologists, maxillofacial surgeons, and other specialists for comprehensive patient care
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and surgical safety standards
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous professional development
• Stay updated with latest advancements in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery techniques
• Ensure compliance with international plastic surgery guidelines and UAE healthcare regulations

Requirements

Qualifications & Board Recognition

Applications are welcome from surgeons holding recognised specialist qualifications such as:

• American Board of Plastic Surgery
• UK CCT / FRCS (Plastic Surgery)
• European Board Certification in Plastic Surgery
• Royal College Certification (Canada)
• Australian Fellowship (FRACS – Plastic Surgery)
• Arab Board in Plastic Surgery
• MCh / DNB / FCPS Plastic Surgery or equivalent recognised specialist qualification

Candidates must meet eligibility requirements for DHA / DOH / MOH licensing. Licensing guidance and support will be provided where applicable.
