Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Media Buyer with deep expertise in Meta advertising, landing page optimisation, and CRM automation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and has a proven track record managing and scaling lead generation campaigns.
You will take ownership of paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google, optimise funnels and landing pages, improve campaign performance through data-driven decisions, and contribute directly to client growth and retention.
This is a remote opportunity open exclusively to candidates based in South Africa.

This growth-stage performance marketing agency is focused on delivering measurable ROI for clients across the UK, primarily within the renewable energy industry, including solar panel and battery storage companies. The business specialises in creative performance marketing using Meta advertising, conversion-focused landing pages, CRM automation systems, and lead generation funnels.
With established systems, a results-driven culture, and a rapidly growing portfolio of clients, the company is looking for a high-performing Media Buyer to join their remote team and play a key role in scaling client campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, manage, and scale high-performing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and Performance Max.
- Design and optimise high-converting landing pages and funnels.
- Ensure strong alignment between ad creatives, messaging, and landing page experience.
- Build and manage CRM automations using Go High Level and similar platforms.
- Integrate advertising campaigns, landing pages, and CRM systems effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Lead and Account Management team.
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience launching, optimising, and scaling lead generation campaigns on Meta platforms.
- Strong expertise in Facebook and Instagram advertising is essential.
- Proven experience managing paid lead generation campaigns with measurable ROI results.
- Experience designing and optimising landing pages and funnels.
- Strong understanding of CRM integrations and marketing automation workflows.
- Experience using Go High Level or similar CRM automation platforms.
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Google Ads.
- Familiarity with Perspective landing pages.
- Experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools.
- Copywriting and creative strategy experience.
- Social media management experience.
- Experience within renewable energy, home improvement, or lead generation industries.
