Position: Spa Attendant
Location: LAX Airport
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as promotions and/or discounts available
- Efficiently process customer transactions, merchandise shelves, and price products accordingly
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment
- Make appointments and organize the waiting list
- Actively participate in visual merchandising including regular maintenance due to sell-through
- Ensure financial accuracy
- Monitor stock levels and help with inventory
- Achieve and exceed a daily sales and productivity goal
- Be willing to perform additional duties as required
Requirements
- Have a passion for the Health and Wellness Industry
- At least 1-2 years of retail sales experience
- Show enthusiasm in effectively engaging with customers
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
