Spa Attendant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Spa Attendant to join our team at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW). If you have a passion for health and wellness and enjoy delivering exceptional service to clients, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, retail products, and any available promotions or discounts.
• Efficiently process customer transactions, merchandise shelves, and ensure products are accurately priced.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized spa environment for both clients and staff.
• Make appointments and manage the waiting list for spa services.
• Participate in visual merchandising, ensuring regular maintenance based on sales and inventory turnover.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals.
• Be flexible and willing to perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

• A passion for the Health and Wellness Industry.
• At least 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
• Enthusiastic about engaging with and assisting customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
