We are looking for a talented and passionate Spa Cosmetologist/Nail Technician to join our team at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. If you have a passion for beauty, wellness, and providing outstanding customer service, we want to meet you!
Job Qualifications:
- Maintain a current and active Cosmetologist License or Nail Technician License, allowing the performance of manicures, pedicures, and foot massages.
- Follow spa protocols for all treatments, including guides for intake forms and treatment room procedures.
- Create a calm and inviting atmosphere for guests to ensure a satisfying and relaxing experience.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including personal hygiene and spa sanitation practices.
- Collaborate effectively with co-workers to create a cohesive, positive work environment.
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing professional development and training.
- Be self-motivated, flexible, committed, and a team player.
- Enjoy working with a diverse clientele and provide customized services.
- Be punctual, reliable, and flexible with scheduling based on airport needs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manicures and pedicures, including nail cleaning, cutting, and shaping.
- Paint fingernails and toenails with precision and care.
- Recommend nail colors, rhinestones, and designs based on each customer’s style and preferences.
- Remove previously applied polish and ensure nails are properly prepped for new applications.
- Prepare and clean the beauty station in between appointments.
- Sterilize all equipment before use to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Provide clients with information on additional services, promotions, and offers (including loyalty discounts).
- Offer hand and foot massages to enhance the overall spa experience.
- Up-sell additional treatments and beauty products when appropriate.
