Licensed Massage Therapist

We are seeking dedicated Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). If you're passionate about providing exceptional massage therapy and want to be part of a welcoming and professional environment, we’d love to meet you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a current and active Massage Therapist License.
• Perform various massage techniques for both chair and table services.
• Assess guests’ needs and tailor massage treatments to address their individual concerns.
• Follow spa protocols for all massage treatments, including intake forms and treatment room procedures.
• Create a calm and inviting atmosphere for guests to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including personal hygiene and spa sanitation practices.
• Collaborate effectively with co-workers to foster a cohesive and positive work environment.
• Be self-motivated, flexible, and a committed team player.
• Enjoy working with a diverse clientele.
• Be punctual, reliable, and flexible with scheduling to meet the needs of the airport.

• Full-Time MTs make $65k-$90k/ year includes tips
