We are seeking a talented and passionate Licensed Cosmetologist/Nail Technicians to join our team at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). If you love helping people look and feel their best and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Maintain a current and active Cosmetologist License or Nail Technician License allowing the performance of facials, manicures, pedicures, and foot massages
Follow spa protocols for all treatments, including guides for intake forms and treatment room procedures.
Create a calm and inviting atmosphere for guests to ensure a satisfactory experience.
Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including personal hygiene and spa sanitation practices.
Collaborate effectively with co-workers to create a cohesive and positive work environment.
Stay current with industry trends and techniques through professional development and training.
Be self-motivated, flexible, committed, and a team player.
Enjoy working with a diverse clientele.
Be punctual, reliable, and flexible with scheduling according to airport needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Paint fingernails and toenails
Clean, cut and shape nails
Recommend colors, rhinestones and designs based on each customer’s style
Remove previously applied polish
Prepare and clean beauty station in-between appointments
Sterilize equipment before use
Inform clients about additional services and offers (loyalty discounts)
Give hand and foot massages
Proficiency in facials can be a valuable asset in delivering well-rounded beauty services
Up-sell treatments and beauty products, when appropriate
