Sewer Sales Consultant - Trade Experience Preferred

J. Blanton Plumbing is looking for motivated individuals with trade experience or strong hands-on skills who are ready to transition into a high-income sales career.

This is a great opportunity for candidates coming from construction, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, remodeling, maintenance, landscaping, or other hands-on industries who enjoy working with people and want to grow into in-home sales.

No sewer sales experience is required — we provide full training.

Requirements

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments
• Educate customers on sewer repair and replacement solutions
• Build trust and guide customers through the sales process
• Present options and close high-ticket residential projects
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth project execution

What We’re Looking For

• Background in trades, construction, maintenance, or hands-on work preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Motivated, coachable, and dependable
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners
• Sales experience is a plus but not required
• Valid driver’s license required
