We are seeking a motivated and personable Treatment Coordinator to join our family dental team. You will serve as a key liaison between patients and the dentist, helping patients understand their treatment options and facilitating acceptance. This position requires strong, communication skills, a compassionate approach, and the ability to manage patient schedules and handle front desk administration.
We are not a fast-paced, patients in and out office. We have a high-end boutique culture where patient care and service come first. Our office staff LOVE working in this practice! A recent temp broke down and cried at how happy she was to finally find an office were the doctor and other staff were so supportive and kind to each other. The work environment is truly special in that way.

Schedule:
Tues, Weds, Fri 9 - 7:30 necessary
Thurs 10:30 - 6:30
One Sat/month: 9:00 - 3:30
Compensation: $28 - $40 per hour, commensurate with experience

Requirements
- Knowledge of Dentrix and experience as Dental Front desk.
- Experience in high-end customer service in General Dental or Prosthodontics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain treatment plans clearly and empathetically, with clinical knowledge.
- Comfortable discussing financial options with patients.
