📍 Location | Remote (UK-based) with travel to client meetings and occasional meet-ups in London or Salisbury

We’re looking for an Account Director to join our experienced learning and development team, taking ownership of client accounts, to deliver exceptional learning experiences for pharma teams and healthcare professionals. If you are passionate about learning theory and turning complex science into clear, engaging and interactive training, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll do
- Lead client relationships and ensure strategic, creative excellence.
- Shape impactful learning & development programmes that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Drive profitable growth through smart budgeting and resource management.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in account leadership within healthcare communications and specifically with training materials and programmes.
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
- Exceptional client relationship skills and team leadership ability.
- Detail-oriented and passionate about learning
