Documentation & Program Enablement

  • Develop and maintain project documentation, handoff packages, Program Requirements Documents (PRDs), and Technical Build Books materials with strong version control and accuracy.

  • Partner with TPMs to standardize processes, improve documentation quality, and build scalable operational playbooks.

Resource & Capacity Tracking

  • Maintain resource visibility tools that showcase TPM are assigned data centers, projected completion dates, and upcoming availability.

  • Provide proactive insights to support resource planning and operational readiness.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in technical operations, project coordination, deployment coordination, program support, or a related infrastructure-focused environment.

  • Strong proficiency with AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar), including prompt creation, output analysis, workflow automation, and practical business applications.

  • Advanced Smartsheet experience, including formulas, workflows, cross-sheet references, dashboards, and scalable data organization.

  • Familiarity with complex technical or physical infrastructure projects; exposure to data centers, network infrastructure, mission-critical environments, or deployment operations is highly preferred.
