New Graduate Support & Mentorship

• Half-day of dedicated mentorship support weekly with the clinic’s Lead Provider, who brings over 10 years of primary care experience
• “Phone-a-friend” access to physician consultation and support from neighboring Praxis clinics
• One-year enrollment in ThriveAP, a nationally recognized primary care educational and mentorship program designed similarly to a primary care fellowship
• Protected learning time during clinic hours to support continued growth and development
• Collaborative care environment designed to foster clinical confidence and long-term success in practice

We are seeking candidates who demonstrate both confidence and clinical readiness, while also embracing mentorship, continued learning, and growth within a team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits Highlights:

• $140,000 base salary + production compensation: $160,000 - $180,000 annually
• Up to $15,000 Sign on/ Relocation bonus

Required Qualifications & Abilities:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Eligible for Oregon licensure
• Passion for relationship-centered primary care

• Commitment to continued learning, mentorship, and team-based care
