Funnel & Web Developer
So Shall We
Posted 9 days ago
About So Shall We:
We partner with mid‑market owners and executives in the US to drive bottom‑line growth with mutual upside. A rare combination of consulting, full-stack execution, and aligned incentives to eliminate what is wrong with the agency model.
We are what remains. We make growth feel easy.
Because your growth is our business.
Your mission
You’ll own the execution of high-performance landing pages and funnel experiences that turn strategy into something real, fast, and conversion-focused.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, web execution, and systems thinking. You won’t be expected to write production-grade software, but you should think like someone who understands how things connect, break, scale, and convert.
Your mission is to move quickly without hand-holding, build clean and effective web experiences, and flex into integrations, automations, and CRM-related work whenever the funnel requires it.
What you'll own
Build, edit, and QA landing pages across platforms (GoHighLevel, Unbounce, AI-assisted builders like Claude Code / Replit)
Implement tracking, form logic, UTM routing, redirects, and pixel setup without needing a brief for every step
Own funnel infrastructure: page flow, thank you pages, upsell sequences, confirmation logic
Handle light-to-medium integration work — webhooks, Zapier/n8n, API connections — and know when to escalate vs. figure it out
Translate client or AM briefs into working pages with minimal back-and-forth
Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) as a force multiplier — you know how to prompt well and verify output
What we're looking for
Must-have
Solid track record building landing pages that actually shipped — GHL, Unbounce, Webflow, or similar
Strong HTML/CSS hands, comfortable touching JS when needed
You can read a webhook payload, trace a broken Zap, or debug a form submission without panicking
Understands how APIs work conceptually — even if you're not writing them, you know what's being passed and why
Self-directed: you scope your own work, flag blockers early, and don't wait to be told what to do next
AI-native workflow — you use it daily, not occasionally
Nice to have
GoHighLevel experience specifically (page builder + automation side)
Exposure to Meta/Google Ads funnel infrastructure (CAPI, UTMs, pixel events)
Any backend exposure: n8n, Zapier, basic API calls
Performance marketing agency background
What this is not
A senior engineering role. You won't be architecting systems or managing infrastructure. But you will be expected to operate independently, own your output, and bring solutions — not just problems.
Why So Shall We?
Great salary.
Work with great humans in a supportive, growth-oriented team that delivers real results.
