Estimating Coordinator

Rhino-Back Roofing is looking for an Estimating & Project Support Coordinator who will be responsible for writing detailed, accurate estimates for properties damaged by storms or other damaging events.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in processing, uploading, and managing project documentation using specialized roofing and finance software (Xactimate)
• Review and organize financial records, invoices, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support the coordination of project scopes, measurement reports, and inspection files
• Prepare cost estimates and assist with translating project scopes into financial data
• Enter and reconcile project details in accounting and insurance systems
• Help monitor supplementing processes and ensure all financial aspects of projects are documented
• Provide administrative and financial support to the Finance & Estimating team to keep projects moving smoothly

Who We’re Looking For:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, estimating, or administrative support, is preferred
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting or estimating software is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $40,000-$45,0000 annually

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (100% in office in Simsbury, CT)
