  • Assist in aligning data and outputs across Jira, reporting tools, and the DATS Portal to support accurate reporting and visibility
  • Identify inefficiencies, gaps, or repetitive manual steps in PMO processes and contribute to improving and streamlining workflows
  • Assist in developing and maintaining basic automation solutions (e.g., notifications, reminders, validation checks) to reduce manual coordination efforts
  • Support the development of AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual effort and improve consistency across PMO processes
  • Partner with technical specialists to support implementation of workflow and system enhancements, translating operational needs into structured requirements
  • Support recurring reporting processes and system updates, ensuring data consistency and completeness

  • Exposure to structured data environments or process-driven work (e.g., Excel models, databases, workflow tools, or academic projects) is a plus
  • Familiarity with workflow management tools (e.g., Jira or similar platforms) is a plus, particularly in the context of supporting structured processes or data tracking
  • Prior experience working in a professional services, financial services, or private markets environment is a plus

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with structured data and process-driven systems

  • Ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes with guidance and apply them consistently in a structured environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with curiosity toward identifying inefficiencies and opportunities to improve repeatable processes
  • Strong organization and task management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow work through to completion
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicate clearly across teams

Other Attributes:

  • Curious and proactive in understanding how systems and workflows operate
