About CertifyOS
CertifyOS is building the data infrastructure that powers modern healthcare.
Today, healthcare organizations rely on fragmented and outdated provider data. This creates unnecessary administrative work, regulatory risk, and higher costs across the system. We’re solving that problem.
Our API-first platform automates provider licensing, enrollment, credentialing, and network monitoring by connecting directly to hundreds of primary data sources. We help healthcare organizations maintain accurate, compliant, and reliable provider networks at scale.
Our vision is simple: One API. One provider ID. Frictionless provider data.
We’re backed by leading investors and built by a team with deep experience in provider data systems. At CertifyOS, we value authenticity, accountability, collaboration, results, and openness to feedback. We’re building a high-ownership team focused on solving real infrastructure problems that impact millions of patients.
What You Will Do
Own internal agent enablement: identify where AI agents can reduce manual triage, log analysis, rules testing, configuration, and support burden. The Shared Services roadmap included a target to use Claude/log analysis/codebase search to eliminate a large share of technical support and engineering burden, plus agent-based testing automation for rules .
Reimagine how we build – Empower everyone in Certify to become AI native – bridge the gap between production quality and vibe coding. Make it easy for people with high context at Certify to move quickly and innovate, but do so in ways that are safe, scalable and production ready
Define and drive the Shared Services roadmap across platform console, rules engine, SFTP/file transport, access control, configuration management, reporting infrastructure, and shared APIs.
Make CertifyOS more self-serve by building tools that allow Ops, Implementation, CS, Product, and technical support teams to configure tenants, troubleshoot issues, manage access, and execute routine workflows without engineering intervention. Recent discussions specifically called out enabling Ops to handle config-based tickets without engineering and creating self-serve role creation for implementation teams .
Build safe internal automation platforms so non-engineers can create tools, run workflows, and interact with platform systems with appropriate OAuth, testing, permissions, and production guardrails .
Own configuration management, including tenant configuration, UDF schemas, bulk user management, role management, internal/external access rules, and approval workflows .
Own access control, RBAC, and PII/PHI handling requirements, including masking, edit permissions, internal vs. external role structures, approval flows, and compliance-aligned platform controls .
Standardize SFTP and file transport infrastructure, including tenant-specific folder structures, encryption, audit logging, static IPs, file naming conventions, API-triggered file delivery, and reducing manual file movement .
Own reporting and data access platform foundations, including standard schemas, export APIs, BigQuery/reporting data layers, dashboard requirements, and raw data export capabilities .
Drive platform reliability, performance, and scalability across shared services, including API performance, DAL issues, rule service scalability, observability, uptime, cost optimization, and load testing for future customer onboarding .
Create metrics for platform adoption and effectiveness, such as time-to-first-configuration, % tickets resolved without engineering, rule coverage by client, API uptime, support deflection, self-serve usage, agent-assisted resolution rate, and platform implementation cycle time.
