Junior Pre Sales Engineer

The profile is a specialist in the Blip product who acts as both a technical consultant and a user experience consultant.
Their main activities include: presentations and hands-on demonstrations of the Blip platform, leading meetings to gather requirements (discovery and workshops), analyzing the feasibility of implementations, and designing solution proposals to achieve client objectives.

You will work on finding a balance between the ideal user journey and the most efficient and feasible journey that can be built using Blip products. You will also interact with both the technical teams of our clients and the development and implementation teams of Blip products. For this, we expect you to understand the importance of teamwork, with a willingness to share knowledge, learn, and grow continuously.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Act as a technical consultant and specialist in the Blip platform.
  • Lead meetings and workshops to understand client needs and propose efficient solutions.
  • Create projects from initial concept through to demonstration.
  • Guide clients toward optimized implementations, considering the technical details of the platform and Blip products.
  • Collaborate with sales and Customer Success teams to unlock and develop new opportunities, deeply understanding business goals and industry trends.
  • Support internal teams and clients in designing solutions to ensure the best use of the platform, following processes and best practices.
  • Create functional diagrams for technical requirements.
  • Develop high-level flows (macroflows) that describe the end-user journey.
  • Define use cases focused on solving user problems.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of conversational solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of programming languages: JavaScript, C#, .NET Core, etc.
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience with demonstrations and knowledge of technology trends in the sector.
  • Knowledge of building and implementing REST APIs.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Clear and effective cross-functional communication.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Autonomy and self-management skills.
  • Holistic and analytical mindset at the intersection of user, business, and technology.
  • Appreciation for collaborative work and openness to feedback.
  • Experience in metric-driven environments and data-based decision-making.
  • Proficiency in English.

  • Proficiency in Italian
  • Experience in Product Design, Service Design, or UX Design focused on digital products.
  • Experience in systems architecture.

  • Portfolio of developed projects.
