THE ROLE

Quantis’ Talent team strives to support the continuous growth and evolution of the company. We are looking for an HR intern to assist our Global Learning & Development Lead. Based in our Paris office, your main mission will be to support the team on Learning & Development topics.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As our Learning & Development Intern, with the support of the Learning & Development Lead, you will be working on:

●      Supporting the design and execution of training programs, including Onboarding

●      Coordinating logistics of the L&D events and tracking attendance

●      Helping with the identification of training needs and creation of learning pathways with LMS/LXP tools

●      Monitoring the effectiveness of our learning programs

●      Preparing engaging internal communication around our programs

●      Providing user support on the learning platform/programs

●      You possess a strong sense of rigor and excellent analytical skills.

●      You have advanced Excel skill and are comfortable using PowerPoint.

●      You are service oriented and have team spirit and can-do attitude.

●      You are curious and willing to learn more about both HR and sustainability

●      You communicate effectively in fluent English (both oral and written communication). French would be a big plus.

●      You like to be part of an intercultural team.

·      Location: Paris, 75002 - hybrid work scheme (mix of office presence and work from home)

·      Minimum requirements: You must be enrolled at a university / business school (HR studies or relevant) and have a valid “convention de stage”. Priority will be given to students seeking an “end of studies internship / stage de fin d’études”.

·      Start date: September 2026

·      Duration: 6 months
