About the role

At SkyNRG, strategy plays a key role in enabling sustainable growth and guiding the company’s direction as we scale our impact in the aviation industry. As a Strategy Intern, you will support the Strategy team in shaping and executing key strategic initiatives across the business.

During this internship, you will work closely with experienced strategy professionals and collaborate with stakeholders across development, commercial, and corporate teams. You will contribute to strategic analyses, support business planning cycles, and help drive initiatives that improve how the company operates. This role offers exposure to corporate strategy, commercial strategy, and business improvement initiatives in a purpose-driven organization.

Your Responsibilities:

You will work on a portfolio of activities based on business priorities at that time. This could include:

Strategy support: Assist in developing and refining corporate and commercial strategies.
Market & business analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analyses, and business case assessments.
Commercial strategy projects: Support projects focused on areas such as sourcing, product development, partnerships, and market expansion.
Data analysis: Assist in building financial models, analyzing commercial performance, and supporting data-driven insights.
Workshops & stakeholder alignment: Help prepare materials for strategic discussions, workshops, and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership.
Business improvement initiatives: Support projects aimed at improving processes, frameworks, and internal ways of working.

Your profile

You recognize yourself in the following:

Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategy, Sustainability, Energy, or a related field (enrolled for the full duration of the internship)
Strong interest in strategy, consulting, and business improvement
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modelling or data analysis is a plus
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Proactive, structured, and able to manage multiple topics simultaneously
Collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
Professional level of English, both written and spoken
Full-time availability for a 6-month internship
Strong interest in our company, energy transition and building a more sustainable aviation industry
