Senior Analyst - Bill to Cash

The Senior Analyst – Billing is responsible for leading end-to-end billing operations within the O2C cycle, ensuring high accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. The role manages complex and high-risk billing scenarios while ensuring adherence to SLAs and internal controls. It acts as a subject matter expert (SME), driving resolution of escalations and supporting business-critical accounts. The position plays a key role in strengthening governance, improving billing processes, and supporting financial close activities. Additionally, it drives automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Overall, the role contributes to enhancing billing efficiency and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Deep O2C billing expertise: Strong hands-on experience managing complex, high-value billing scenarios, SAP SD, and taxation (GST) with a strong controls mindset.

Ownership & decision-making: Ability to independently manage escalations, high-risk accounts, and drive resolution with minimal supervision.

Stakeholder leadership: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, collaborate effectively, and act as an SME within the organization.

Continuous improvement & transformation: Experience driving process optimization, automation initiatives, and applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies in real scenarios.
