The Analyst – Billing is responsible for executing day-to-day billing operations within the O2C cycle with accuracy and efficiency. The role focuses on processing high-volume invoices, ensuring data accuracy, and meeting defined SLAs. It supports smooth billing operations by performing validations and resolving discrepancies. The position also ensures compliance with customer requirements and internal controls. Additionally, it collaborates with stakeholders to ensure timely invoice processing. Overall, it contributes to reliable and efficient billing execution.

Strong billing fundamentals: Experience in invoice processing, data validation, and working in SAP within an O2C environment.
Attention to detail: Ability to ensure accuracy in pricing, tax, and invoice data in high-volume scenarios.
Time management & SLA focus: Capability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
Team collaboration & problem-solving: Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and resolve basic billing discrepancies.
